Energy Probe Research Foundation (Energy Probe) has reviewed the draft Rate Order submitted by Mr. Sidlofsky in his letter to the Board of April 28, 2010 and believes that it accurately represents the Settlement Agreement reached by the parties and filed by Mr. Sidlofsky in his letter of April 26, 2010. Energy Probe supports the process requested by Oakville Hydro to permit implementation of rates on May 1, 2010.
