Dear Ontario Energy Board Secretary:

I am writing in regards to a notice of application I read in the local
newspaper in St. Catharines about an application submitted by Enbridge Gas
Distribution Inc. to defer the Class Action Suit Deferral Account (CASDA)
onto Enbridge's customers.

I would like to express my displeasure and disagreement with the intent of
Enbridge Gas. I strongly believe you should deny this application, which
would cause the loyal customers to pick up the tab for Enbridge's mishaps.
Why should the customers be left to pay extra while Enbridge Gas remains
unscathed. It is my opinion that the $24.4 million CASDA should come
directly from Enbride Gas' profits and not the customers' pockets! Don't
let them PASS THE BUCK by approving this application.
