We have no objection to Invenergy's request for intervenor status. In fact
we welcome it. From the outset we have stated the position that this is a
very important issue for the community and all stakeholders who want to
serve that community and such the more imput and points of view the better.
All this information and imput from all stakeholders who will be impacted
will give useful information and guidance to the board on this important
competitive matter before it. KEI has put forward a proposal that will
definetly impact all power generators in the area and as such has the
responsibility to satisfy not ly the board but all stakeholders
