Upon review of the attached Decision and Order on Cost Awards, I note that while the Board Panel accepted the rather modest Costs Submission of Energy Probe, it seems a bit mean to award those Costs to the Consumers Council of Canada.

Perhaps you might draw this to the attention of the Panel.
