To The Members of the Board:

This letter is being sent to bring to your attention our concern and opposition to the proposed wind turbines and transmission lines in Grey Highlands.

We do not believe there has been enough proven health studies to confirm if there are any long term detrimental side effects to our over health and well-being.

Also, it is unreasonable for us to feel the negative impact on our property values due to these industrial (monster size) structures being built so close to our homes.

The sacrifice many of us have had to make to be here and obtain what we have does not deserve to be sabotaged for the sake of poor forethought or research.

These structures are not quiet. We have been in the backyards of friends who now have these turbines as there companions. Our friends NOW need to shut their windows at night to sleep! What about in the winter when the blades ice-up? This also poses another danger!

Why do they have to be so close to where we reside?

We live in one of the largest countries in the world. Why do these huge structures have to be erected so close to homes? Why not off-shore for instance?

Please take into consideration our futures!

Kevin & Kathy Duerhammer
