Subject: Enbridge rate increase

Dear Kirsten Walli,

In regards to the notice in my free press on Saturday, September 25, 2010, notice of rate increase for Enbridge Gas Distribution, Board file number EB-2010-0146. I am in total disbelief that this board would rubber stamp, yet another increase by Enbridge, to an already hard hit Ontario cunsumer. I have had increase after increase, and not by Enbridge alone, yet thier increases seem to be yearly for one thing or another. I have been told that my wages will be frozen for 2 years as well as so many other Ontario workers yet, this Board sees fit to look and and more than likely, Okay the increase sought after by Enbridge. I say no to this! I have been put on the brink of home ownership, and not just by Enbridge, but by the current Ontario Liberal party that has done nothing for families in this province. One increase after another by this governing party, has put myself and countless other familes and home owners on the brink of not being able to stay in thier homes! I feel that if my and so many other preoples wages are about to be frozen for the next 2 years, that this increase as well as any others that may be in the works by this government, be also frozen so as to not put so much undue pressure on Ontario families! It was bad enough taking the introduction of the HST into this province, coupled with the increase of hydro rates and so many other increases! Is it not about time that everything else, every other increase in whatever this government is thinking about, be frozen like so many hard working Ontario families wages! This government is making this province so difficutl to live in that no wonder so many people, jobe and factories are closing and moving to where they are welcome and not so heavily taxed or without so many, many increases to the average working person!

In short, I think it is best to reject this application by Enbridge for an increase. We, the people of Ontario, have to do our best to make due without getting any real raise in wages for so long....I think it is time for Enbridge and Ontario Government to have to make due without any increases, be it distribution rates or increase in MPP salaries or whatever the case may be! NO to the proposed increase to Enbridge distribution rates, for the time being. Let the hard working families of this province have a break from the constant increases allowed by this Liberal Government!

Thank you for you time.

William Testa
