Despite our best efforts, we do not project being able to file our completed argument by the October 5, 2010 deadline as a result of multiple overlapping hearing obligations including the Hydro One Tx proceeding, the OPG proceeding, and a hearing before the Yukon Utilities Board which I am currently attending.



Accordingly we respectfully request a one day extension to October 6 to file intervenor argument, with, presumably, a corresponding extension to the deadline for NRG’s reply argument.
