Good morning, I have a question regarding the % increase that is indicated in the notice. We agree with the dollar increase.

Our manager's summary and model show a residential increase of $0.21 or 0.2% and GS < 50 increase of $0.97 or 0.3%

The notice has residential increase of $0.21 and 0.6%, GS < 50 increase of $0.97 ad 1.3%.

Can you please explain the differences as well as confirm that the published amounts do not include the requested recovery of the late payment penalty litigation costs.

Due to the discrepancy between the notice and the irm3 model, we will not be able to get the notice published until Oct. 21. Please confirm that this is acceptable.
