This is to advise that Brookfield Energy Marketing Inc. is also seeking an extension to November 2, 2010. Notwithstanding that other parties may not explicitly refer to submissions filed as stated in the Board's October 25, 2010 letter, a review of filed submissions will inform the position of intervenors yet to file. It is unfair for non-filing intervenors to have the benefit of knowing the submissions of filing intervenors well in advance of the filing of submissions. All intervenors should be placed in an equal position.
