The Ontario Energy Board’s October 29, 2010 Letter of Direction for this proceeding requires that all affected electricity distributors publish, within ten days, the Board’s Notice and Application and hearing (the “Notice”) in one issue of the highest paid circulation newspaper in the distributor’s service area. Further, the letter directs distributors to inform the Board immediately if this schedule cannot be met. Wellington North Power Inc. hereby informs the Board that it is one of the affected distributors, and the company is unable to comply with the Notice publication schedule.



The newspaper having the highest paid circulation in the Wellington North Power Inc. service area is published weekly and therefore it is beyond the company’s ability to publish before Wednesday, November 13th, 2010.



The original letter will be forward to the Board Secretary by courier today, November 4th, 2010.
