Thank you for your letter dated November 3, 2010 in the above matter sent on behalf of Waterloo North Hydro Inc., Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro Inc. and Cambridge and North Dumfries Hydro Inc. In your letter you requested approval to jointly publish the Notice of Proceeding in the above matter. The Board will allow the joint publication of the Notice as proposed in your letter, provided that each distributor files an affidavit confirming publication of the Notice.
