As per letter of direction dated October 29, 2010, Peterborough Distribution Inc published
the English version of the Notice in the newspaper having the highest circulation in our Service area. This is one of the two main newspapers in our service area but it is not a paid circulation.



If the emphasis must be on 'paid' circulation, we will have to republish the notice and therefore fall outside the 10 day date requirement.



Please confirm that our posting in the newspaper with the highest circulation will suffice.
