Just to confirm our telephone discussion of last week re: your request (attached), we will provide two lists. The first list will be by-property and will indicate the land rights required (easement or fee-simple, partial taking or full parcel) and the status of major approvals (OEB, EA, NEC). The second will provide a list (not property-specific) of the remaining approvals and status. We will make best efforts to provide this information by the first week of December for the initial set of reports. Subsequent reports will be done on a quarterly basis beginning with the end of Q1/2011.
