I am counsel to Newmarket-Tay in the above-referenced proceeding. In regard to Procedural Order No. 4, I am writing to advise the Board that I will be out of town on Tuesday and Wednesday next week, and will therefore be unable to attend the technical conference. As well, the December 13 settlement conference date conflicts with the Whitby Hydro hearing date. I am counsel to Whitby Hydro.

Accordingly, I respectfully request that the technical conference and settlement conference be rescheduled.
