Union Gas Limited - 2009 Deferral Disposition and Earnings Sharing of Deferral Account and Other Balances |
To: All intervenors in the EB-2010-0039 Application
On December 3, 2010, the Board heard the Motion and the Cross Motion on the EB-2010-0039 Application. In its oral Decision on the Motion and Cross Motion, the Board found that the oral hearing on the St. Clair Line deferral accounts originally scheduled for December 6 and 7, 2010 should be adjourned to sometime in February, on a date to be agreed to by all the parties to this proceeding. Accordingly, there will be no hearing on December 6 and 7, 2010.
