TRIM: EB-2010-0331/0332 - PROCEDURAL ORDER NO. 1 and Cost Eligibility Decision |
I would like to challenge the BoardÂ’s reasoning for not including me for consideration in an award of costs in file no. EB-2010-0332.
I agree that I am not a customer of Hydro One Brampton Networks Inc. and do not intend to intervene in their application.
However, since power is supplied to NBHDL through the Hydro One Networks Inc. (Hydro One) transmission system and since I am a NBHDL ratepayer, I consider myself indirectly a customer of Hydro One.
Consequently, any increases in Hydro One expenses will affect the rate charged to NBHDL by Hydro One for Network Service and Line and Transformation Connection Service.
If the rates of NBHDL will not be affected by any decision made by the Board in this matter, I will withdraw my intervenor request. Otherwise, I would appreciate the Board rethinking their decision in this matter.
