RE: Start Time for Settlement Conference
Please be advised that the Board has changed the start time for the Settlement Conference scheduled for Monday, February 28, 2010 in the Toronto Hydro-Electric System Inc. 2011 Electricity Distribution Rate Application (EB-2010-0142) in response to a request by certain intervenors which arose as a result of a scheduling conflict.
The subject Settlement Conference will therefore begin at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, February 28th 2011 in the BoardÂ’s hearing rooms on the 25th floor.
