This is to confirm that further to Burlington Hydro's March 22, 2011, response to the March 17, 2011, Decision and Order, EB-2010-0067, Burlington Hydro is very satisfied with the explanation it received this morning from Board staff regarding the apparent inaccuracies contained in the draft Tariff of Rates and Charges, Burlington is very appreciative of the time taken by Board staff to provide a complete explanation and requests that the final Tariff of Rates and Charges be issued.
