The following is an application for Intervenor status in the above referenced Board file as per the correspondence dated March 16, 2011 and received at our office on March 28, 2011.



Invenergy retains Option to Lease land agreements with landowners in the area of the proposed facility and associated works that may have precedence to those of the applicant. As such the siting and construction of the proposed facility has potential commercial implicatons to our registered development interests.
