Further to a conversation with Ms. Kristi Sebalj, legal counsel at the Ontario Energy Board, I am writing in respect of the specific relief being sought for Kagawong Power Inc.



The specific relief sought is:



· The Board issue an interim order exempting Hydro One Networks Inc. from the obligation to comply with the Distribution System Code, sections 6.2.4.1(e)(i) and 6.2.18(a) and for greater clarity, that Hydro One Networks Inc. not be required to have an executed connection cost agreement or receive connection cost deposit in respect thereof from Kagawong Power Inc. in respect of Project 11,730 prior to the Board issuing a final decision in this Proceeding .



· The Board issue an interim order prohibiting Hydro One Networks Inc. from removing the capacity allocated to Kagawong Power Inc., Project 11,730, until the Board has issued a final decision in this Proceeding.



To be clear, we are seeking this interim relief only until the Board has considered the evidence and issued a decision in this matter.
