Further to my phone call with Irina I would like to request an extension to the process to evaluate BPCEG’s application for an electricity wholesale license. Unfortunately I do not recall receiving the letter from the OEB dated June 27th and as such the email last Thursday was a surprise to me. The mixup may have occurred on our end but in any case we would need additional time to address the parental guarantee outlined in the letter as 10 days is not enough time to secure it. Please provide us with a response as soon as you are able as we have commenced the internal process of looking into the parental guarantee and we will follow up this week with the business entity information that was requested in the OEB letter.
