Please find below for your reference Pollution Probe's proposed issues and issue list changes for this matter.

Under 3. Cost of Service --> Add "Are the 2008 CDM targets and budgets appropriate? (oral)"

Under 4. Rate Base --> Add "Are the proposed capital expenditures to reduce electricity system losses appropriate? (oral)"

Under 6. Regulatory Assets --> Revise 6.2 to "Are the proposed Deferral and Variance Accounts appropriate? (oral)"

In addition, please be advised that, while I am planning to attend Issues Day on Friday, Erin McLaughlin, an articling student from our office, will be attending the Issues Conference tomorrow on our behalf.
