Notification of further evidence regarding EB-2011-0217 :
We appreciate the responses by SKW. We are still waiting on responses from CN, the Ministry of the Environment, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ontario Federation of Farmers. We have been contacted by additional parties who own land adjacent to the CASO subdivision who share our concerns. These conversations are ongoing. Pending incoming information that is relevant to the boardÂ’s objectives we request the option to submit any other evidence prior to the September 6th deadline. We intend to submit our final submission with the Board, and deliver it to SKW and other intervenors, by the September 6, 2011.
