I am requesting observer status in the Board's proceedings regarding
access to additional properties for the Bruce to Milton Transmission
Reinforcement Project. The Ministry of Energy would like to follow the
proceedings but does not intend to actively participate. I have the
materials to date and am only requesting to be copied on future
materials from the Board.
