Further to your letter, the Intervenors met this morning and identified the
following areas where we would appreciate further clarification:



1) Why the OM&A costs associated with the ERP can not be capitalized
prior to it coming into service?



2) Do the RSVA balances you are seeking recovery for include any
principal additions post-December 31, 2006?



3) Is Horizon proposing any new Deferral/Variance accounts?



4) What activities and spending will the three proposed CDM staff be
engaged in?



5) What the total impact of the FibreWired sale has on the revenue
requirement for 2008 (including impact on cost of services purchased from
the successor as well as the impacts on the allocation of shared services
costs) ?



6) The corrections to the Application that you have identified as a
result of the IR process.



We understand Board Staff will be sending you their Issues of Concern and we
look forward to hearing your responses on these as well.
