I would like to obtain Observer status in the on-going proceeding EB-2010-0142 that is currently in front of the Ontario Energy Board. Specifically I would like to be an observer at the upcoming technical conference on November 9th and the hearings starting on December 7th.



Please let me know what further steps I would need to take to obtain this status.
