re. EB-2011-0394 Intervention request for BayNiche Conservancy


Dear Ms. Walli,

I am writing on behalf of BayNiche Conservancy.

BayNiche Conservancy filed a letter with the Board December 29, 2011 requesting an oral hearing in the above noted proceeding. In that letter, BayNiche Conservancy neglected to mention
that it seeks intervenor status in the proceeding but seeks the Board's indulgence for a late intervention now.



As soon as I have access to the Board's webdrawer, I will post this letter.
