Thanks. Bayniche Conservancy's only phone service is by satellite phone using an international number. The system is only practical for outgoing calls, signal permitting. Fax is technically possible, but again there are practicalities. Surface mail works when roads are clear, but it is a 10km drive. Surface mail is typically picked up once per week or if Bayniche Conservancy is expecting something to arrive.

I am writing on behalf of BayNiche Conservancy.

BayNiche Conservancy filed a letter with the Board December 29, 2011 requesting an oral hearing in the above noted proceeding. In that letter, BayNiche Conservancy neglected to mention
that it seeks intervenor status in the proceeding but seeks the Board's indulgence for a late intervention now.
