Dear Ms. Walli,

Having discussed the matter with like-minded intervenors and with Mr.
Adams, MCSEA seeks the Board's leave to amend our Notice of Invention by
removing Mr. Adams as our representative.

MCSEA will not be seeking an award of costs for professional advice.

However, MCSEA reserves the right to request recovery of costs that might
be associated with requirements of the process, such as an appearance
before the Board.

A recovery of costs would be particularly relevant in the event that
MCSEA and associated groups are required to travel to meet with the Board.
