Subject: Evidence Update - EB-2007-0905 OPG Payment Amounts for Prescribed Facilities

As noted at the stakeholder sessions in October and in the pre-filed
evidence filed in November, Ontario Power Generation Inc. (OPG) is
preparing an update to its application that it expects to file on March
14, 2008. The purpose of this email is to inform you about the timing
and scope of the update so that you can take it into consideration as
you prepare interrogatories.

The update will cover the following:
1. actual 2007 financial results and operational data;
2. changes resulting from OPG's 2008-2010 Business Plan approved by
OPG's Board of Directors on December 13, 2007; and,
3. errors and omissions identified in the original pre-filed evidence.

The update will primarily consist of changes to the numbers in the
bridge and test years and an additional comparison of 2007 budget versus
actual information.

The update will not include any changes to the requested rate of return
on common equity or proposed capital structure.

Intervenors will be provided with a copy of the update materials in
either electronic and/or hard copy, consistent with their previously
expressed wishes. To facilitate the integration of this update into
existing copies of the pre-filed evidence, the update will be provided
in the form of blue pages with all changes highlighted.

It is also our intention to post electronic copies of this material on
OPG's website for public access by March 15, 2008. In addition, a copy
of the updated materials will be made available to the public at OPG's
head office at 700 University Ave., Toronto, Ontario.
