Hi Margaret, Don,



I would like to follow up with you on one outstanding item regarding LRAM. Lakeland has provided the table outlining their LRAM claim in their IRRs to Board Staff (copied below). The amounts highlighted in yellow are amounts Staff noted it supports in its submission. The amounts that are crossed out are the amounts that Staff did not support in its submission.



In the last paragraph of the Staff submission, Board staff requested an updated LRAM amount that only includes the lost revenues from 2006-2008 CDM programs and 2010 CDM programs in the years 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2010, which includes the persisting lost revenues of 2006 programs into 2007 and 2008, and persisting 2007 lost revenues in 2008 as highlighted in the table below. If you could please confirm that this amount is $53,012, it would be appreciated.



It would also be very helpful if Lakeland provided the subsequent rate riders for the updated LRAM amount. The rate riders will allow for the issuance of the final rate order in a timelier basis if the Board is inclined to approve only the lost revenues associated with the amounts highlighted in the table below.
