Subject: EB-2011-0394 McLean's Mountain Wind LP Application for Leave to Construct

Dear Ms. Walli,


We are in receipt of the printed prefiled evidence of McLean's Mountain
Wind Farm. Unfortunately, the evidence is incomplete.


So far we have identified one gap.


Exhibit E, Tab 1, Schedule 5 includes a series of charts called "115 kV
Transmission Overhead Line Plan & Profile Drawings". We have confirmed
with several of the individuals who have received a copy of the prefile
and also examined the Northland Power web site but found that Sheet 3 of
8 is missing from all sources. We believe that Sheet 3 may contain
information on a change in direction of the proposed transmission line.


We intend to present the applicant with interrogatories that relate to
Exhibit E, Tab 1, Schedule 5 but it would be far more efficient to
present questions on the complete exhibit rather than request the missing
material and then present supplementary interrogatories.


We would ask the applicant to provide the missing information and also
ask the applicant to confirm that there are no other gaps that it needs
to complete before the deadline for interrogatories.
