By letter dated March 2, 2012, Union requested that the Issues Conference be rescheduled for the week of March 19, 2012 and also requested that the Board extend the amount of time that it has to reply to the filed interrogatories. The letter filed by Union has been attached to this email.



The Board proposes the following dates:



Issue Conference – March 19, 2012

Issues Day Hearing – March 22, 2012

Interrogatory Filing – April 3, 2012

Interrogatory Responses – April 27, 2012.



The Board would like to hear the views of the interested parties. Please respond, by email, no later than 10 a.m. on Monday, March 5, providing a position on the Board’s proposed revised dates.
