We are responding on behalf of the Consumers Council of Canada. Given the Board's Renewed Regulatory Framework stakeholder consolation process is to be held on March 28-30 we do not support Union's proposed date for the filing of interrogatories on March 30. Instead we propose April 6. This will give us the time required to finalize our interrogatories, following the finalization of the issues list for the proceeding. In our view filing the interrogatories prior to that date would be a challenge given other commitments. Thank you.

By letter dated March 2, 2012, Union requested that the Issues Conference be rescheduled for the week of March 19, 2012 and also requested that the Board extend the amount of time that it has to reply to the filed interrogatories. The letter filed by Union has been attached to this email.

Issue Conference – March 19, 2012

Issues Day Hearing – March 22, 2012

Interrogatory Filing – April 3, 2012

Interrogatory Responses – April 27, 2012.
