We have not yet responded to the Board's e mail but will do so now.



Because of the RRFE process at the end of March we would be more comfortable with a date for Intervenor IR's that is around April 10 rather than the April 3 date the Board proposes.



We agree that Union should have sufficient time to respond to the IRs it receives and would suggest that the date the Board proposes for Union's responses be extended one further week.
