Subject: EB-2011-0394: McLean's Mountain Wind Limited- Application for Leave to Construct: PROCEDURAL ORDER NO. 5
Dear Ms. Walli, April 18,2012
McLean is not in compliance with Ontario Energy Board April 12,2012
Procedural Board Order #5.1. McLeans shall, no later than Wednesday,
April 18, 2012 file with the Board and deliver to all intervenors,
complete responses to each of the second set of interrogatories.
MCSEA et al. raise this point not to criticize the applicant.
On the contrary, we would support any reasonable request from McLean for
extra time to respond to our questions of clarification.
We recognize that some of the questions we asked called for detailed
answers. We need those answers to be able to make our submissions on the
benefits to the Board of an oral hearing.
We fear that if McLean is rushed and unable to produce fulsome replies,
we may have to file motions which would further delay the process. Better
that McLean have adequate time to diligently reply.
Thank you,
Raymond Beaudry
MCSEA
