As you know, we are counsel to McLean's Mountain Wind Limited Partnership in this matter. Almost two weeks ago, McLean delivered its responses to the second round of MCSEA interrogatories. The electronic files for the responses and cover letter were sent to the Board, Board staff and intervenors by email. As the electronic files were small, hard copies were not hand delivered to the intervenors. We did not receive any messages advising that our email had been rejected by any of the recipients' systems.


We are in receipt of Mr. Beaudry's message from this morning (below) and can advise that we have made arrangements for paper copies to be hand delivered to the intervenors. We expect that most if not all of the deliveries will take place today.
