On July 18, 2012, HCFA filed questions and comments in regard to Tributes responses to your interrogatories. Please note that the Board has not provided for filing supplementary questions on Tributes responses to the interrogatories by intervenors and Board staff. If you are not satisfied with Tributes responses to your interrogatories you may file a motion with the Board according to rules 29 Responses to Interrogatories, in particular rule 29.03 of the OEB Rules of Practice and Procedures, which reads:
29.03 Where a party is not satisfied with the response provided, the party may
bring a motion seeking direction from the Board.
