OEB, HONI and Intervenors

Ontario Federation of Agriculture accepts that changing the dates for the hearings and interim dates for interrogatories and responses and the filing of evidence in accordance with the request by Hydro One Networks Inc. is appropriate and would be beneficial for both the transmission and distribution procedures.

With respect to the Issues List OFA has understood that the OEB itself asked for the density study with a view to examining the allocation of costs between customers and considering suitable adjustments to the costs paid by various groups. OFA is of the view that the density issue can and should be part of this distribution hearing. If density is to be an issue OFA asks that evidence from intervenors pertaining to density not be due before October 15, 2012.

Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
