RE: EB-2008-0049 - Union Gas Application in the matter of The Affiliate Relationships

Code for Gas Utilities (ARC)



The Tipperary Storage Landowners' Association has reviewed Union Gas' application #EB-2008-0049. The landowners do not object to either extension to ten years for the Storage Contract or the Transportation Contract between Union Gas and Tipperary Gas Corp provided that all previous agreements and commitments to the TSLA landowners and Conditions of Approval issued by the OEB remain in place and are adhered to.



TSLA's position remains the same as our November 26, 2007 position to the EB-2007-0837, that the TSLA members do not object with the understanding that all previous agreements and commitments and Conditions of Approval issued by the the OEB are adhered to by Tipperay Gas Corp and Union Gas Limited.



The TSLA will not submit a cost award on this application.
