I am writing in regard to the Notice of Revised Applications for the applications referenced in the subject line above.

MNR understands this application for Leave to Construct to now consist of a proposal for a  ‘lift and lay” replacement of ~ 17km of natural gas pipeline between Onion Lake Station and Belrose Station.

In this case, MNR had reviewed the original proposal for this project earlier this year and did not have any concerns based on the information provided at that time. Provided there have been no additional changes to the proposed project, MNR does not have any comments to provide at this time.

Please maintain our status as “observers’ of the current application review process and forward to us any documents issued by the Board in respect of the proceeding.
