RE: FILE NO. EB-2012-0392

Â

Kirsten Walli,

Â

The City of Sarnia has been involved with Den-Mar Brines over the past few years regarding their establishment of this site for a salt brine extraction and distribution operation.

Â

During the approval process the neighbours expressed concerns about the visual impact and noise emanating from the wells and Den-Mar did take steps to mitigate those concerns.

Â

The City of Sarnia requests that any modification to this operation take into consideration the visual and noise impact of such action and that Den-Mar Brines be required to mitigate any visual or noise impacts on the neighbours.

Â

If you require any further information, please contact me.

Â

Thank you.

Â

Regards.

Â

Kim
