In response to the Board's letter dated May 3rd, THESL wishes to participate in the Q&A session on May 16th and the two-day Stakeholder Conference on May 27th and 28th. THESL intends to attend in person and will be represented by:

(1) Amanda Klein, Director of Regulatory Affairs;

(2) Jack Lenartowicz, Senior Regulatory Advisor;

(3) Ben LaPianta, Vice-President, Distribution Grid Management; and

(4) Alex Bakulev, Manager of Power System Event Management.

THESL will advise the Board shortly as to whether it intends to make a presentation at the Stakeholder Conference.

The Board released a Report prepared by Board staff’s expert consultant, Dr. Lawrence Kaufmann of the Pacific Economics Group Research, LLC (PEG), that makes specific recommendations for the inflation, productivity and stretch factor parameters for incentive rate setting, and for the benchmarking of electricity distributor total costs.
