The EDA wishes to provide its members with a series of spreadsheets to reconcile each 
Distributor's RRR Filings 2.1.7 to PEG's May 24, 2013 Spreadsheets.  The 
spreadsheets reconcile items prior to PEG's adjustments.  
 
We would appreciate it if PEG can review/confirm the accuracy of the attached 
spreadsheets as soon as possible in order that the EDA can distribute the 
spreadsheets.  It would be appreciated if PEG could please review the spreadsheets 
not only for the items listed, but also for any other items that may have been omitted (2 
distributors tested this, however, the concern is that if there were items that the 2 
distributors did not have, it may not have been picked up).  
 
The attached file has 2 tabs, OM&A and Capital.  In each spreadsheet numbers are to 
be input from different sources and the 'Difference' should be $0 if PEG's spreadsheets 
agree to RRR Filing 2.1.7.  In addition, it tracks Capital numbers between 
spreadsheets.  Any amount in the 'Difference' cells would be investigated.  
 
In order to assist the review, the year 2011 has been populated with Waterloo North 
Hydro's data in order to illustrate the use of the spreadsheet.
