We have additional questions:  
 
Background 
*	It has been noted that there are 21 distributors on the Tab 'Q Capital Data' in the 
File 'TFP and BM Database Calculations 2' that do not have Smart Meter Costs 
in Column N 'Smart Meter Plant' and Column O 'Smart Meter Additions'.  A 
review of the Board's website revealed that some of these distributors appear to 
not have filed a Data Request Response.  However, some the 21 distributors 
have filed responses, which are reflected on the Board's website, however, their 
costs are not reflected on this tab (as well as other tabs - ie. Embedded 
Distributor LV Charges). 
*	
*	20 of the 21 distributors that do not have Smart Meter Data as discussed above, 
are not listed in the File 'Data Request Responses'.
*	All 21 distributors have been assigned a '0' or '1' 'Adjust for Deferred Smart Meter 
Plant'. 
*	
Questions  
 
1.   How has PEG accounted for distributors that have not submitted the Data 
Request?  Lack of a submission may create an advantage or disadvantage to that 
distributor, as well, as other distributors.  
 
2.   Will PEG review for distributors that have submitted the Data Request, however, 
their data is not reflected in the spreadsheets?  
 
3.   If a distributor has not submitted the Data Request, how was the '0' or '1' assigned?
