We are counsel to East Durham Wind, Inc. (“East Durham”) and have received the letter filed by Syd and Karen Parkin on August 7, 2013 requesting an extension to the deadline for submitting evidence. East Durham has no objection to allowing Mr. and Ms. Parkins to file their evidence anytime this week provided that the remaining filing deadlines set out in the Board’s Procedural Order No. 1 remain unchanged.

The attached has been filed through RESS and is being sent to the Board in hard copy.
