We respectfully request additional time to comply with the BoardsÂ Procedural Order Number 2.

We require this time because theÂ Procedural Order Number 2 on pageÂ 4 indicates that all filings to the Board are to made through the Boards web portal.

We wish to submit documents as evidence andÂ we require an ID Name and Password to access the Boards web portal.

Our application as an Electronic User will require 7 business days to process andÂ to be assigned an ID Name and Password.

The Procedural Order Number 2 was issued onÂ Aug.1, the Thursday before the Aug. long weekend. Therefore thereÂ are only 3 business daysÂ to process our request.Â

Furthermore, weÂ request additional time becauseÂ some of our documents as evidence,Â must be converted into PDF format to comply with the BoardsÂ document naming conventions and submission standards
