We are counsel to East Durham.Â In response to the email below from Syd and Karen Parkin dated August 9, 2013, we are writing to circulate a copy of Procedural Order No. 1 to the parties copied hereto.Â The filing deadlines in Procedural Order No. 2 are the same as those in Procedural Order No. 1; Procedural Order No. 2 only added Mr. and Ms. Parkin as intervenors.

We would also like to highlight for the parties copied hereto that, in accordance with the Boardâs RESS Document Guidelines, filing by email is an option available when access to RESS is not available.Â East Durham continues to have no objection to allowing Mr. and Ms. Parkins to file their evidence anytime this week, including by email, provided that the remaining filing deadlines set out in the Boardâs Procedural Order No. 1 (and as restated in Procedural Order No. 2) remain unchanged.
