As per telephone discussion a few minutes ago, please find attached the MNR Well Licence T012161.

Â

The well licence was issued on July 9, 2012. As per O Reg 245/97 Section 3, a well licence expires on the first anniversary of its date of issue, if the well was not spudded before that date. Please note the well is also subject to the OEB Conditions of Approval dated June 28, 2012.

Â

In this particular case, the operator had requested a relocation of the well on June 6, 2013 and the matter was referred to the OEB on June 28, 2013.

Please be advised that we do not have an objection to the proposed location change. It is our understanding that the landowner is requesting the change and this is the original location that the operator wanted to drill.

We are not aware of any changes in the location that would prohibit issuing a new drilling licence at this location.
