Enbridge is proposing to start construction of the drilling pad once the corn crop has been removed in mid-November. Once the pad is constructed we will begin drilling operations in early December with a cable tool rig and the drilling will most likely be finished by the end of April. It is our plan to install the instrumentation upon completion of drilling operations. The pad will be reclaimed and the land restored as soon as weather conditions permit.
